AUDITION: ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE

Seeking Performers of all race, age, performance level & gender identity.

1400 Summit Ave Suite E Plano Tx

Audition Requirements:

Have a prepared comedy monologue of no more than 2 - 3  minutes

Be prepared to sing 16 bars of "Pirate Looks at 40" - Commercial Release in Gmajor

You will be accompanied as necessary

            Ability to play guitar to accompany yourself a plus

Ability to speak in Jamaican or Caribbean accent 

Be familiar with Jimmy Buffett commercial release music

Sight read for music and cold read for script may be a requirement

Dance requirements will be discussed during audition session 

Auditionl Dates: 

Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 from 7 pm to 9 pm  

Saturday, February 10th, 2024 from 1 to 4 pm 

Rehearsal Dates:  Depends on Cast Conflicts

Performance Dates: 

May 31st - June 16th, 2024
