Billy Schnase was once a happy-go-lucky bodybuilder who lived in the sewers. One day, he came into contact with a mutagenic ooze that transformed him into "Slow Man!" With their combined powers of incredible pokiness, Slow Man and his sidekick "Dally the Rat" attempt to fight crime by day and play poker with sewer creatures by night. (They have yet to arrive on time to apprehend any criminals)

Shae Hardwick loves Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain. He dreams one day of owning a banana stand because there is always money in the banana stand. Get ready for some Shae Butter!
