Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When is ticket cut off?
A: Tickets are available online until 2pm day of the show.
Q: What do I do if I can't purchase my ticket online?
A: If you missed your oppurtinity to purchase your tickets online, you can purchase tickets at the door an hour prior to performance start time.
Q: Are there any discounts I can take advantage of?
A: We have discounts for firemen, police, teachers, Plano city council members.
To aquire these discounts you must purchase your tickets at the door on the day of show, and show proof of a valid ID.
Q: Can I get a Discount for a group of people?
A: If you have a group of 10 or more you are eligable for major discounts. You must secure this discount 1 week prior of performance date.
Q: Can I Get a Refund?
A: No. ACT does not issue out refunds.
Q: What can I do if I can't get a refund?
A: ACT offers Ticket Exchanges for the same showing.
