Our sponsors care tremendously about the cultural landscape of North Texas and are a vital part of the Art Centre Theatre community.
Founded in 1990, ACT operated in the century-old Art Centre Theatre location in historic downtown Plano, Texas. In 2010, the building was sold and we were forced to relocate to West Plano; then moved again after 15 years to East Plano to the location we are in today. Our amazing and dedicated community had helped us moved and made what you see today. In early 2020 had some priceless 100-plus years of history - props, sets, costumes, furniture and equipment stolen from us, but that will not deter us from continuing to do our best and give you the best content we can offer. Additionally, the new property required extensive renovation and landscaping. Through the efforts of this wonderful community of volunteers, ACT was up and running in only a few months!

Becoming a Member and taking advantage of discounts is easy! It's all donation driven, and as simple as adding a few
